Celebrating Year Two of Rebel Road Creative
Today marks Rebel Road Creative’s second anniversary. Diversifying my activities and revenue streams was my main goal when I started freelancing in 2018. This strategy served me well.
I’ve been lucky to work with terrific people on an array of assignments from social media management to drip email campaigns and virtual workshops. (I also learned how to teach yoga, Pilates and barre on Zoom, which is not easy.)
The second anniversary is traditionally known as the cotton anniversary. This textile is pliable and workable: think of everything that can be made from cotton. I’ll use that imagery as I move forward into 2021.
Navigating this pandemic year has been challenging, but it’s also been an incredibly creative time. I’ve branched out from the design and construction industry to work on interesting projects in other disciplines. Getting back to my roots, writing has become my primary service line. I enjoy the process and the flexibility it offers.
